Who are we?
We are a small but friendly club with members who shoot as much for pleasure as competition, using Olympic style re-curve bow, longbow, flat-bow, Korean traditional bow and compound bow. We are affiliated to the GNAS and DNAA and have links with the National Field Archery Society. A number of our members do shoot at competitions organised by clubs within the DNAA and the NFAS. The club is open to all archers who are GNAS affiliated members and to all who would like to take up the sport of archery including disabled people and children over the age of 9 years. To this end we run beginners courses as and when required over a six week period.
Where are we?
We shoot indoors at the Newlands School, Saltersgill Avenue, Middlesbrough, from 1900 until 2100 and in the spring/summer months we shoot outdoors at the same venue at 1830/1900 until 2100 depending upon weather and lighting conditions.
